MI2, Inc. was founded by in 2016 with the motivation of bringing diagnostic imaging capbility with performance comparable to clinical facilities to everyone living in every remote corner of the world using of low-cost and high-performance mobile imaging compnents.  We develop complete imaging hardware, and data acquisition, analysis, and management software.

In laboratory testing, we have successfully demonstrated ability to diagnose major diseases affecting the developing world including:

• Parasitic helminth.
• Tuberculosis.
• The 3 most common species of parasites causing malaria: p. falciparum, p. vivax, and p. ovale.
